He's just talking about the fact that they're able to charge air orbs, what would you otherwise call an account build with only 66 mage & 25ish hp? He's not going to bond them, get 66 mage & 25hp just to sell them, he could better bot them then. If I were him, I'd splash the mage in F2P; find a buyer, agree that buyer bonds it, transfer acc info & do witch's house.
