your twc should come off after you repay the debts i personally believe that this should be allowed to deter scamming but say someone stole 100m and you sold them 20m worth of a account they would never repay the 100m so i would use your judgement untill this becomes a rule where you are allowed to charge back and recover from scammers ( imo to deter them from feedback farming and looking more trusted and trying to scam base upon that fact )

apparently since he is banned he wouldn't be able to report it and if he does all you have todo is return the account or refund the payment since they dont ban people who recover even if they are original owners so as long as you can return the account / return a account with same stats / refund amount in gp you won't be banned but they would require the scammer to repay their scams and become apart of the community again

another way i would do is make that zip and hide it in another file would that work out lil better? download a bunch of random photos like flowers n rainbows and name them accordingly and hide in a random one and also try to where you can see if some access that file also maybe another username? and also download new photos and if anyone goes on the new user they would just see new photos n stuff if they really looked unless they knew what they were looking for

you cant just take a usb drive and take it home with you and reload it next day or something? drop box it through the internet or save online?

a vps is a server that has a static ip just like your house its best to buy say a 1gb vps which youll be able to play a client of osrs and trade your items you want protected on their instad of leaving them on your home ip tho your home ip should be safe aslong as you dont bot on the account vps is a virtual private server which is basically a cloud server of someones real life server broken down to small bits for resale so a piece of the cpu and ram will be yours but is shared but you will have a clean fresh ip all to your self

ive logged into some banned accounts and havnt had any of my mule traders banned from chain bans yet usually it will flag the ip and search for bot methods and if an account is then logged in under and playing on that ip it is at risk but if not botting the risk should be very low best for you to have good vps's to have a few mules on aswell they could do stuff like what you are thinking but they dont cause believe it or not they need bots in the game otherwise supplies would rise and merchers would control the margins instad of them now being force to merch low end ones i use to merch when oldschool first came out and the profit was godly if you controlled the markets
