I disagree. Yes, twc should be given when a player is a threat or potentially a threat. Banning them will eventually force them to ban evade and eventually it is a never ending cycle. During my time here, I have seen quite a number of reformed users. I strongly believe that twc is a second chance. Don’t misuse the chance given.

Most of the time, stalling/freezing is caused when a processor is overloaded. Of course there will be other reasons why you may be stalling such as overheating or driver issues. This was when I was goldfarming on my pc months ago. Smooth
