As I stated earlier, and if you would stop twisting my words because it is obvious you can't speak English worth a fuck and a half, I previously asked @Alek about this being implemented and he said there are bigger projects he wants to work on at the moment and he would think about possibly adding this in the future. It is not possible right now to start a bot like the way you asked.
