      TWC: me and a user where talking about how he got TWC and he scammed a evader on a different site with the intent to pay the person whom he scammed with that money. All I said was I would do the same if that opportunity came to me. Because in my opinion that's the right thing to do. But if an admin said no give it back I would. In case that doesn't make sense here is an example:

      Let say I did a service for someone, and he paid me 50m but this user was just banned for scamming 25m...
