This is idiotic. All that would happen is mods would try hard and work well over their trial period and then go corrupt after it if that was their goal...

I am fluent in HTML/CSS/Js/Jquery and php and was told by him that it wasnt enough.. He has little to no clue about what he needs done on the website. Also people are going to ask for a budget on the website it is not like a graphic where you can just say make it and i will offer you for it. Websites take a long time to make and most people will ask for a small pre-payment.

You need a bachelors in a computer related field to work at oracle, I doubt he entered university at age 12 and finished at 16 Internship program ~ came through Tekelec (company just bought by Oracle). He will still not be fully qualified to a BsC level even if he has completed an internship.

Gifs will not show a background if the background is transparent in the image. If the image has say a black background then it will be visible when you change the forum theme in the bottom left of the page.
