This is idiotic. All that would happen is mods would try hard and work well over their trial period and then go corrupt after it if that was their goal...

I am fluent in HTML/CSS/Js/Jquery and php and was told by him that it wasnt enough.. He has little to no clue about what he needs done on the website. Also people are going to ask for a budget on the website it is not like a graphic where you can just say make it and i will offer you for it. Websites take a long time to make and most people will ask for a small pre-payment.

You need a bachelors in a computer related field to work at oracle, I doubt he entered university at age 12 and finished at 16 Internship program ~ came through Tekelec (company just bought by Oracle). He will still not be fully qualified to a BsC level even if he has completed an internship.

Gifs will not show a background if the background is transparent in the image. If the image has say a black background then it will be visible when you change the forum theme in the bottom left of the page.

I think this needs to be worked on slightly as the loading time is too slow. When the run away from combat random starts and attacks a level 3 by time the bot has noticed the user has died. I know not everyone runs a level 3 but alot of people do and the run away from combat randoms loading time needs to be improved i feel.

Jason if i were you, starting out and trying to learn website programming languages i would use www.codecademy.com. It is a great website which walks you through html/css and also has many diffrent courses on specialist languages such as javascript/jQuery/Python ect. After learning from codecademy just make you're own website and just add in things that you have learned to stay sharp and when you feel ready you can take on many web development tasks and get paid for it by signing up to websites like oDesk or e-lance. On the other hand if you are looking for a project i recently started up a company and need a website for it which will contain and online store w/ payment gateways ect.
