My conclusion is you will be refunding 400M OSRS or you will replicate an account for nick (gain the services and quests and replace his full bank) That's what you get for being a white knight and acting by yourself. That's because he admitted it so we can literally use that as proof against him. It's like confessing to a crime. If you don't trust him then, tell me who those services were for, i'll tell them to reply here and they can show proof also.

@Nick can you stick to your dispute against him. You guys are posting everything in one dispute and it is confusing. This is what im going to do, For the bank seeing as we can't prove who took the items etc or what was even on the bank to start with, i'm going to add a +10m seeing as he admitted to it. The account 180M + 10m = 190m. I will pricecheck the services that were done on the account and add that on also which should give us a sum we can base your refund amount on. But as I said @@Nick/spiderman keep the account talk to the other dispute.

Ok well that doesn't really prove he's ripping you off then (it may seem fishy but unless you got proof of you saying e.g amount and then him charging the customer more than that amount and not disclosing it with you then i'd have taken action) If there is no further proof, im going to close this and just focus on the main dispute against him.
