  3. I had the same issue, I deleted all Java programs first then I installed Java (regularly ) & JDK x86.

  9. I've edited your pictures because they contained the RuneScape usernames, original pictures are visible to all staff members. You did receive your refund so you cannot leave a negative feedback. He didn't have to offer you a free firecape, yet he did but you cannot force him to get it as he does not receive a compensation for it. Negative feedback has been removed, dispute closed.
