Where did say that the account did have a registered email? As far as I can see, he says "When I bought the account it had no set registered email so even though he had low feedback I trusted him"?
  11. I've edited your pictures because they contained the RuneScape usernames, original pictures are visible to all staff members. You did receive your refund so you cannot leave a negative feedback. He didn't have to offer you a free firecape, yet he did but you cannot force him to get it as he does not receive a compensation for it. Negative feedback has been removed, dispute closed.

The user has already been banned but thank you for creating this dispute. You will need to provide us with pictures of the chat along with a picture of his Skype profile (right click the user - view profile) because we do not consider chatlogs valid evidence as these can be edited easily.

Seems like you were able to purchase Sponsor, thank you for your purchase.
  15. Feedback has been removed.
  16. I've asked the user to explain himself here, he has 24 hours to do so. I assume that he left you a negative feedback because you didn't give him the free firecape you promised to get him but I'm not sure.
  17. User has been banned, sorry for your loss.
  18. Going with the cavs because I don't want the finals to end

I've notified the user and put him in the TWC usergroup, he has 24 hours to reply or he will be banned. Chat logs are visible to all staff members.
  20. This is already being discussed here: http://osbot.org/forum/topic/75275-explaining-the-negative-feedback-i-left/
  21. You are correct, it is his responsibility to ensure that his account is safe. @LeBron will have to refund you the 15m, please contact him and try to arrange a date by when he will need to complete the refund.
