Then it can still be a delayed ban. Did you already try recovering it? Usually when an account is banned while in posession of someone else other than the original owner, you can recover it as a hacked account.

Dear community As most of you may have noticed, there have been several account compromises lately. Rumor has it that this was made possible by an old database leak of Sythe and pb. The hackers are mainly targeting people with a decent amount of feedback and activity, so if a trade looks too supicious to you I suggest you don't go through with it and report the user in question to a staff member for an IP check. To avoid your own account getting compromised, I also suggest people who are using the same password for different forums to change their osbot password, to make sure your account is secure.
