Not replying and ignoring the warning would've gotten you banned if it was me handeling the dispute. If someone were to falsely accuse me of scamming, the first thing I would do is gather evidence to prove him wrong. So if those claims are true, I'm sure you can provide us screenshots of both Skype conversations?

The fact remains that you're refusing to refund the 40M that you did not have to do any work for. This is however exactly the reason why we instated the global TOS. There's no evidence of who took that 20M, so you can't be held resposible for that. But there's also no evidence of him logging onto the account as far as I can see. So you're going to have to refund him the 40M he paid for the service.

We can't investigate it further if you can't provide any counter-evidence. On the gif screenshot it clearly states your Skype so I don't know how you can deny that.

It's clearly your Skype though. And from the screenshots it's also clear that you initiated the trade, never gave him the info and deleted him from Skype. You are to refund him or you will be banned.

Can you please post a screenshot of his Skype ID with the conversation visible?
