Can you post screenshots of that? I doubt anyone would receive 1m (like what? 1,4$) for about atleast 2-3 hours work.

Complicated situation, I've checked the logs and Mhmd21 said clearly he would pay you for the skills that he didn't have but were mandatory to complete the quests. I however couldn't really tell which skills had to be trained because the logs are very confusing for now. Could you please tell me? You never spoke of a price so if Mhmd21 is not willingly to pay the 1.5m you asked for I'm going to set a price myself by checking the (hand done) leveling's currency. Notified mhmd21 to post here and explain himself.

If the Service is requested to be done legit, any T.O.S related to bans/mutes become obsolete (Unless evidence can be provided of prior botting)
