I'll try to forward this to Mald, since I don't know how to bypass an issue in ACP in order to edit ranks. Well, he's saying that he can only bump 1 thread every 5 hours. Usually, you should be able to bump as many threads as you want at a time, given the last bump on that thread was 5+ hours prior.

He scammed, so he is a scammer.

People believed that he changed, so his rank was removed out of dedication to OSBot. This has proven that people can't be trusted. The staff team will be discussing a solution over the next few days, and we'll hopefully come to an agreement for a better way of handling scammers.
