Nevermind, I found a fix. Clicked the chrome settings, and clicked "Request Desktop Site"

Correct. Completely close your chrome app, and then refresh the forums.

Every time I reopen my chrome app and refresh the forums, the theme is set to mobile. I keep switching to full site, but it doesn't stay at that theme. Send help

I don't think they have to manually accept it, it just normally takes 3-5 days to clear.
