It's 2 days, but 1 second after your ban takes place, it turns into 1 day, 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds, so then it shows up as 1 days (sounds dumb, instead of 1 day, but w/e). If you're interested in the exact time your ban will be lifted, try to log into RS3, and it'll tell you how much longer you have.

You should always bot with a Ring of Life on, since stuff like this can still happen, it's a bot after all I remember I lost my first and only fire cape on my old main while botting at ghouls, made me want to cry.
