This sometimes happens to me, it's usually when the servers are laggy I think, and it goes away after 5 minutes or so, but scripts stop after 3 failed attempts to login.

I think it's situational. I think Mald told someone to get 100 FB for TWC removal, but that was only specified to that one person, not the community as a whole.
