well my computer is very LOUD, you can hear it from downstairs and there is around 8 rooms in my upstairs ;o i've been suggested water cooling b4, i have no idea wat that is tho

My computer is VERY loud because of all of the fans inside the computer, you can hear my computer from quite a long distance away... Is there anyway i can cool it down?
