Looking to get a maxed account from scratch with 50+ qp ( doesn't matter which ones ) with a total level of 1000+. I will be supplying membership + the account. I will pay a certain amount before the service is started (25%) to ensure you i won't try anything and once the service is completed i will pay the rest (75%) - ( assuming the account hasn't been botted on etc )
