  3. Anyone should squat and deadlift too bro, especially a wrestler . But as long as your are succesful in your sport, I guess thats what matters the most? Thank you, of course I will keep up what I'm doing, I have too much to do to give up :| Oh lord, I appreciate your attempt to help me but I think I'll pass, I know what creatine does, it adds about 5-10lbs to your lifts and allows you to do a few more reps. If you really have been lifting for 7 years and still believe that whey protein is a magical way to build muscle then I feel bad for you, any source of quality protein will do the same job, whey protein just happens to be the most marketed. Why would I be scared of them anyways? You seem to be treating me like a 12 years old kid who just stepped into the gym, which is not the case. And don't worry, theres some shit I throw in my body far far far worse than creatine, I just did not mention in order to keep the thread aimed at everyone. Once again, cheers for trying to help me but unless you menage to tell me something thats not either common knowledge or not a myth created by the supplement industry, I won't be considering you a good source of information. Also, since you have been training for 7 years then I assume you will without any trouble be able to show everyone the amazing physique you've built, right? I don't need to prove myself to you, the reason i've put in that i train for 7 years is to show you that i'm not a randy... not to brag. I just wanted to give you some quick knowledge since it didn't look like you knew how creatin works ;-). I never said that protein builds muscle, it helps your muscles recover faster and makes you keep more of your training. Tbh, i think you're just amazed that there is actually someone else lifting and training on a botting forum wich is way better than you and has been doing it for way longer.. and now you're basically just accusing me of lying because you can't take it.. wich i think is sad. Mate, when someone comes on a place like internet and makes statements as big as yours and even starts acting like a mentor, I expect that person to at least back his statements a bit. I am of a skeptical nature and being like I already said on internet, where everyone is a 10k/day ceo and where everyone benches 500 pounds does not help with that. But if you actually are telling the truth then thats pretty admirable and I wish you the best.
  4. Dont get caught in the p90x or insanity marketing, all you need is to figure how many calories you need to eat and to start jogging/running/walking hell even climbing stairs up and down if you want, as long as you do cardio. I would however advise you to start lifting but if all you want is to be slim/skinny then go ahead and stick with cardio.
  5. Well I might have it easier now that I'm cutting but I probably need to eat nearly twice as much as you to grow so in the end is it really better? Supplement-wise the only thing I still buy on a regular basis is whey but its more for the taste than anything else TBH, i just love to cook with it I used to take creatine but I stopped a while ago when I started my cut because of the useless water weight it brings along. I also do use some caffeine and ephedrine to help menage my never ending hunger now that I'm cutting (about 1g caffeine + 80mg eph a day). To give you an idea, I was bulking on 4.5k calories a day and I was still getting hungry like I would be cutting lol and also, I have no problems eating a 2kg sugar pie for a refeed, which is like 3800 calories, after having consumed 2.4k calories during the day. Only issue doing that is that I feel like I'm going to die from the insulin spike it brings... I also might look into starting some yohimbine when I get leaner, I'm curious on its effects on fat loss and its hunger suppressing properties. That ' useless ' water is perfect in combination with whey protein. I'll try to explain.. read the Whey protein part too because it's important to understand the whole process. I don't remember how they were called so i will just call them group A and B, but basically your muscles are build out of 2 groups. When you start lifting/training, one of those 2 groups, ( A ) will rise wich makes your muscles out of balance ( pain in your muscles ) so group B has to keep up. This is where whey protein comes in handy. Whey proteine basically boosts B to group A FASTER than your body normally would be able to. So let's say you drink a Whey protein shake right after your training, you will recover faster AND you will gain more muscle from your training because you didn't let group A fall back down. This also makes the pain after the day of training much more less wich means you can go back to the gym faster and start from the beginning. So what do we know now : - When you start lifting muscle group A starts growing. - When muscle group A grows, B has to keep up. To do this you can use whey protein. - If you do NOT use creatine in combination with whey, the main goal of whey protein is to help you recover faster from your last training. Now WHY is creatine and whey such a good combination? If you understand how whey protein works.. you should be able to understand why Whey & Creatine is such a good combination with just 4 words.. Creatine boosts muscle group A ! Exactly, that means that the whey protein ( wich boosts group B to A ) will catch up all the way to muscle group A ! So let's say you are able to do a certain exercise 10 times, you will be able to do it 12 times with creatine & protein together. NOTE : Those two products are all made out of the nature !!! So don't be scared. Just make sure you get WHEY protein. Also, i recommand to start using this combination after atleast 6 months of training. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Source : Myself, i've been boxing and training for 7 years and my coach used to be a champ himself and made someone else champ aswell. Edit : If you're planning to do this, discuss it with your coach first. Cause every now and then you need to take a break from using creatine ( i think every three months ) and train clean. Why you have to do that and when and how it exactly works.. i don't really remember that. Oh lord, I appreciate your attempt to help me but I think I'll pass, I know what creatine does, it adds about 5-10lbs to your lifts and allows you to do a few more reps. 7. I started out at 6'2 230lbs, at about 28% BF which was the result of over a year of doing nearly nothing but computer. Then I started doing some positive things with my life and started going to the gym but unfortunately I was naive and thought I could trust everything I saw in bodybuilding.com's videos which made me waste quite a bit of time. I still menaged to drop to about 180lbs, I was still quite fat with close to no muscle mass. Then I started actually educating myself on nutrition and started using a good routine and this is where I made the most progress. This all happened in about a year and 2 months, I'm still not quite proud of my physique but considering where I started from which is basically being obese with zero muscle mass, I think I'm doing decently well. (its easier to start only skinny than to start fat with 0 muscle...) I'm currently 1 month and a week into a new cut after doing an extremely dirty bulk of 1000-1500 calories above maintenace (lol)at 210lbs 18%ish BF, my main lifts are the following (considering I haven't been actually lifting with a proper program and proper nutrition for about 7 months after doing a huge crash cut, I think I'm doing fine) Squat: 245lbs 3x6 Deadlift: 380lbs 1x5 Bench: 195lbs 3x5 (chest is one of my weakest points) No pics of my physique yet, as I said I'm not really happy with how I look yet but I think that after this new cut I should start actually liking my body, something that will be a totally new concept to me. Feel free to PM me any questions you have regarding lifting or nutrition and I'll do my best to try to answer them.
  8. A vps is like a computer, if you buy one with low specs it won't be miraculously able to run more bots just because its called a vps, they are the exact same thing as computers. They are basically servers that you can access remotely via their IP address
  9. Whattabout for mine? Check the gyazo above. I'd help but I never used AMD processors

This suggestion might be a little selfish but well... When I joined this forum I was honestly just looking for a bot so I didn't really bother with finding a decent name but now that I'm a bit more involved i kind of regret choosing such a bad name so I would really like to see a name change feature getting implemented.
  13. Yep, believe it or not Paypal is a business who actually likes to receive money when you use their services, weird huh?
  14. I think it should be legal, I believe that we should have the right to do whatever we want with our bodies.
  15. Yes nice. I'm most likely gonna be selling to them since it's hard to gain trust with people how should I make them know my TOS? just email it to them or something? because I can see if you are selling to someone on here or something you can just put the TOS in your thread, but I'm not sure how to make it clear to the gold buyers off websites what I expect. honestly is safer to sell to trusted buyers on here. yeah i think i'm going to do that. thanks for all the help Not trying to advertise my own business or anything but feel free to check my signature ;)
  16. I lift some heavy ass weights
  17. There is no place where you can suicide bot and not get banned, trust me. Those times are behind us.
  18. Its strange how my multiple accounts who all had over 20m worth of items at one point and my main who sometimes has over 100m worth of items never get hacked yet you always see nobodies crying that they got hacked for 2m... I guess I must be really lucky
