I don't want TWC that's why I opened the dispute. If I put myself forward and state the problem then there is no cation. Why would I pay money on sponsor then get it moved to secondary group.

I have recently been very inactive and I have an outstanding order with @Beezmans He hasn't been online when I have and I am feeling guilty that I have not had enough time to complete the service. I am opening this dispute before he opens one on me and everything gets out of hand. I am happy to refund the money owed to him or finish the service off for him. The problem is I can only pay through paypal at this current moment.
