I instructed him multiple times to just send the payment over and I'll begin setting up the proxies but he insists on inquiring about the most random information that he can easily find from anywhere else. Details: proof of random questions/details + spam proof of him wanting me to give him random items on RS: WasteOfTime++; him sending payment differently from what was instructed: him spamming me again and admitting I was helpful: him leaving me a neutral because he's mad that I told him not to contact me after he keeps insisting I call and talk to him AGAIN:
