Ok to summarize what I can tell are these things. The customer had been logging into the account during the service. The account had been given a temp ban for botting. The account had been given a temp ban for RWT. Given these details, the following is where I stand: We cannot prove who botted the account or if the account was given a false ban. We cannot prove the reason for the RWT ban. It's very possible that was for purchasing a service. Given that the customer had been logging into the account during the service, this is grounds for service termination and because of this, no refund is due. Please let me know if there is anything I have missed here.

Good suggestion! I did this and only changing the -autologin would give a different result. Now I figured it had to do with the version of java that is being used with the java command in bat files. I had to make sure it uses java 8 so I just found out the following would solve it and launch without issues: "C:\Program Files\Java\jre-1.8\bin\java.exe" -jar thanks for your help anyways! yeah I was using the fury mouse!! The bot turned to try and go up the staircase and the guy was around the corner and it looked like it was trying to hop or logout instead of run and it didn't log out but stayed there for a second until the first spell splashed and then it started to move and the guy snared me and it was KO!!! Should have paused and took over its all good I really like the script great script otherwise real shit

Hello! Just wanted to give you an update on how pitfalls have been going for me, I've gained 2-3 levels hunting just antelope the past day or so. Beyond me having to eat every now and then it's been working great, except for one minor hiccup I've found. Sometimes, when your inventory is too full, the script will tease an antelope and then it tries to go and craft the bolts/cut a tree in a cycle, so it won't stop attempting to craft the items and you continuously takes the hits from the antelope, I wish I could've screenshot the log for you, but hindsight...etc. I'll try to keep an eye out for it for you and get a log if it occurs again. Thanks for the great scriptwork and customer service as always! EDIT: Of course after I post this the issue I found occurs, see screenshots below:

Best way to avoid a ban is to watch lightly, respond to some messages/chat a bit, and not be a super low level (unless iron or skiller IG) Well...that and have a good script like you make.
