If you take on board the advice given in that thread and run sensible botting periods with generous breaks, you should be fine. That being said, please keep in mind that botting is against the Oldschool Runescape game rules, thus your account will never be completely safe and you use this software at your own risk. Setting the script up - I have done my best to make the GUI (Graphical User Interface) as intuitive as possible by making all options as self explanatory as I could, however if you are not sure as to what a particular setting does, you can hover over it for more information. This is a very popular thread with many many users so if a new location is mentioned, the location will be populated very quickly so I can only suggest examples of good locations - Don't go botting straight after a game update, it can be a very easy way to get banned. Wait a few hours! If you ever get banned, just backtrack your mistakes and avoid them in the future: you cannot be banned without making botting mistakes. Keep in mind you can be delay-banned from using previous scripts, so don't go using free/crap scripts for 24 hours then switching to a premium script, because the free/crap previous script can still get you banned! From my personal experience, IP's do matter, a lot. I'm not saying that Proxy Fish is selling used proxies, which I'm sure of he doesn't. However, a few weeks ago, Jagex has upgraded their anti-marco systems and from my research it appears that IP's located in datacenters are going to get you flagged/banned sooner. My guess is that they started to use MaxMind or similar (Don't quote me on that). This is 100% statistical data and no random guesses or bias, I had to work my way out the hard way Note that it's still completely possible to survive through tutorial island/questing and last for a long while even with worst 'flagged' IPs if you design your code right. Try it yourself: Run an account manually, does it get banned? No. Replicate that.

Just a progress update, Yesterday I spent a few hours working on changes and i've more or less finished the load/save gui system. Today I will complete the changes and add randomised potion drinking support (as an option on the gui), in time for testing throughout the week and release next weekend 11/12th march. Im working away all day everyday when im at home trying to get something going I ran some tests yesterday with my new updates and its working very well so far! fingers crossed i can get it out ASAP, spent pretty much the moment i woke up and when i went to sleep working on it yday haha The stop start issue is a bother ik, im working away trying to get everything as good as it can be, i think web walker maybe using more data than usual and some people have mentioned it causing an out of memory exception. Im hoping i can get a fix out asap :). With that inventory looks basicly same as mine, id have expected you get atleast 1 kill a trip

I'm GMT +2, usually if I receive bans, they are between 10am-2pm within this 4hour timeframe, never receive a single ban at night, had a few at about 6-7pm. But never at nighttime.

If you were making good profit off something in game and an issue arose that started affecting a lot of people and started increasing the prices of things because of said issue and you found a fix/work around for the issue and thus you could take advantage of the increased prices, why would you openly give away your fix/workaround to said issue? Why don't you go an ask for support via the website your purchased it from? If there's a problem, you'd be better off asking them. Have you tried to connect to them manually without osbot and checking the IP?

Your competition isn't going to tell you there secrets.. most importantly start small, figure out what works and doesn't work for YOU. Oh and you'll need some serious dedication!

Bot farming is extremely competitive, very few people are keen on sharing anything too special about their success. Start small, experiment, trial & error, see what works for you. Get more "reckless" over time, and get away with as much as you can. Everyone finds their own preferred methods and techniques after practice. There's plenty of scripts available, check out their threads and see which seem to be doing well for people, and try them out. If you are running multiple accounts, it's recommended to use proxies to split your accounts over multiple IP addresses, you can learn more about that here. Jagex has stepped their anti-botting game up a lot since the "glory days" of the early 2000s, but lots of people are still able to successfully farm with enough practice. GL, Happy Botting.

Usually when i bot and play legit at the same time I like to smoke a fat ass joint. It probably does slow me down when it comes to questing and going on different kind of runs but it sure as hell makes every bit of it more entertaining/fun. Also since i work the graveyard shift five nights a week, I do a lot of web surfing and binge watching while i monitor the bots or while doing a boring task. Just felt like sharing because i got bored as shit but my shift is almost over so fuck yeah.

Are you having trouble with the script not starting when you hit run? Or maybe the script seems a bit laggy when you run it? It might be that you need more memory for your bots! OSBot’s walker is VERY memory intensive and does not function correctly on some operating systems with the standard amount of memory given to the client, so it is recommend to up the memory a little! The easiest way to increase your memory is to start your client up using either Terminal or CMD. Once opened, all you have to type is this: "java -jar [DRAG AND DROP YOUR OSBOT JAR HERE] -mem 1024" Then the client will start up normally, and all you have to do is minimize your Terminal or CMD window and all is good! Also, make sure where it says [DRAG AND DROP YOUR OSBOT JAR HERE], you actually drag and drop your OSBot jar onto your Terminal or CMD screen, and the file location will automatically appear. Then make sure you finish typing the most important part, which is the "-mem 1024" part that actually expands the memory you give towards the client. I hope this helps!
