The only way they would be able to do that since the password isn't changed, is if you changed the email yourself or you are ratted. If you take on board the advice given in that thread and run sensible botting periods with generous breaks, you should be fine. That being said, please keep in mind that botting is against the Oldschool Runescape game rules, thus your account will never be completely safe and you use this software at your own risk.
