  1. Dear community, Some time this week we will release an update that will give the client a nice performance boost, especially when interacting with entities. Today I have rewritten the model triangularization, which gave a nice boost to the mouse movements. There is another part though, the part where the mouse movements for entities are evaluated which requires an overhaul. Without it the gains gained by the first part I did today are still useless as the second part is a rather large bottleneck. On top of that, we will introduce overal performance on accessing most entity types. Overall this should boost OSBot's performance in terms of speed and also CPU and memory usage spikes. These should also give a noticeable performance boost to the mirror client mode. Regards, The OSBot team
  2. Disputed Member - @robertkevin Thread Link - http://osbot.org/forum/topic/61892-%E2%95%B0%E2%98%86%E2%95%AE%E2%9D%83-%E2%9D%83-robertkevins-cheapest-aio-services-some-free-%E2%9D%83-%E2%9D%83-%C2%AF-%E3%83%84-%C2%AF-%E2%95%B0%E2%98%86%E2%95%AE/ His Skype which matches the one on the thread - Explanation - So basically the user came into the chat box yesterday and linked his service thread, he claimed he was offering cheap services as he wanted to start up again. He offered to do 60 - 70 attack + 66 - 70 strength for 3M ($7.50). I needed the service and i thought i may as well use him to get him some fb so he can move forward. Him asking what stats the account currently had and giving me a reasonable timeframe on when he would be done. The gyazo link sends you to this below. I believe there may be an attempted scam quit as it is nearing the 24 hour mark now and not a single exp has been gained and i logged in (I know this breaks his T.O.S i do not care about a refund at this point this is to protect other users) to see if the account was where i left it, i left nothing of value on the actual account just full void melee + range, which i was worried he may drop out of spite if nothing was on the account. It was actually at cammy bank which i found very suspicious as you can see as he told me to actually leave the account at Rock Crabs which i did. Him confirming i sent him the payment over PP, can provide pics if the confirmation from his is not enough. Me handing over the account details to him, then the message can also be seen where i cancel the service Also he has recently set up a free middleman service which i find suspicious - http://osbot.org/forum/topic/68508-robertkevins-free-mm-service/?hl=robertkevin I am not looking for a refund as i am aware i broke his T.O.S by logging in, i am merely very suspicious that the user may be attempting to scam quit. If you do not feel that what i am providing backs that this may be a possibility then please close this and i offer my apologies. I just do not want anybody to be scammed. I have changed my login details so my account is secure, his unresponsiveness is making me very suspicious. Thank you for reviewing, Varc.
  3. You may want to get a paypal account, most people won't buy without you being trusted for gp as they can't recover the gp if you recover the account like they can recover their money.
  4. I only go on rs3 to buy bonds haha
  5. There's a packet within the RS client which checks if the client has been modified (injected in our case) and that seems to identify the fact that the player is using a bot client. Then, as maxi said, the second strategy involves profiling using their fancy analyzers etc, I really don't know anything about that, but it seems the most likely answer. EDIT: and the way mirror works, is by copying the original runescape JVM, injecting it, then sending back the data, so the original jvm is not modified at all. Feel free to correct me if i'm wrong!

Sounds to me like you're flagged. I haven't had a ban in like 2 weeks now, and I run 6 accounts atm.
  11. As always, please update your mirrorclient.jar mirrorclient.zip This build contains various expermental updates aimed at decreasing possible client lags & making it run more smoothly. Major Fixes: Running multiple mirror clients on the same bot is now possible for real.
  12. I'm a little bit unsatisfied with this bot. It's very bot like, and I'll do my best to explain what I mean by that since that's a very broad statement. It doesn't find it's own crabs. It only attacks crabs that are already being attacked by other players. It also does the same mechanics as it approaches each crab. It walks up to it, pauses, and then starts attacking. I keep getting called out by other players, even while not being AFK and consistently communicating with them. I've also been reported numerous times now. I'm going to take a break from this script for a while in an effort to avoid getting banned. The person above mentioned something about an exchange for a different script. Would that be possible? If so, it would be greatly appreciated. I don't necessarily think it's the way you coded it, I just think it's the way the area and monsters were designed that make it so obvious that it's a bot.

  15. The fishing script keeps going to bank sardines when I did not click any banking options in Lumbridge. I had it on for "drop other fish" and "check equipment". EDIT: I've also tried ticking the "anti-pattern dropping style" but it still goes to the bank

  17. "Mirror mode" is a very clever idea from mangis, and knowing how it works I think it's very difficult if not impossible for Jagex to detect, even with native code. The first method Maxi posted about has been hypothesised about for a long time, but back when this was originally discovered (~2009-2010) Jagex never used it in an attempt to identify bots (although this may not be the case with OSRS). Some of the methods of bot detection in older clients (3xx-4xx) are simple, such as ensuring the client window is focused when a user clicks (which it would be if a real user was clicking) and sending data about the position and timing of the mouse clicks (both of which OSRS still does). 3xx has no additional systems, but 4xx might (which is what the OSRS client is based upon, if anyone is unfamiliar with RS builds). RS3 has a nice system jacmob created but OSRS does not have this implemented (at least, not yet).
  18. If you're picking between a Lenovo or Acer pick the Lenovo every time. I did computer repair for 2 years and the vast majority of our business was from poorly built Acer computers. They look nice at first, but they're awful when it comes to longevity. I would go with on of the Lenovo's priorly mentioned. Good luck finding one!
  19. The consistent development of this bot client makes me moist
  20. Ran it for 9 hours overnight. No problems! About 27k xp per hour. Would using a dark bow yield more xp than the magic short?
  21. @robertkevin, you have to refund @Varc the full amount he paid you for the service, as you failed to even start the order within the timeframe agreed between you both. You have 24h to refund him.
  22. I read the book so insurgent is probably going to be shit to me.
  23. I requested the user to explain himself, why he did not start your order yet and did not answer your messages. I also locked his service and MM thread and placed him into TWC for the time of this dispute. He has 24h. Thanks for the report.
  24. Amazing script! Ran for longer than 4hours+, running till full void! THANKS FOR THE AWESOME SCRIPT! EDIT: after 249points it gets stuck. add a method to redeem the points for void or xp
  25. Apa Rock Crabs has the most sales. 2x more than any other script.
  26. Nice +1 already runs well it can only get better nice way to keep pushing out updates keeping users motivated (long live mirror). Edit: By the way the mirror client is brilliant nice thinking and development to all developers and Maldesto
  27. Looks like Maxi already handled this.

  29. NMZ afk is safest method.
  30. This will be my next script.
  31. you'll still get the ban lol
  32. Although the idea of making cash by making a blog about something profitable sounds enticing, I honestly think (even though this sounds really corny) that you should just make a blog about something you like. After all, if you really like doing something, you will want to put more effort into doing it right. This leads to higher quality posts, and high quality posts can make a high quality blog. But regardless, I'm a real sucker for philology and etymology, so why not write about some fun linguistic nuances in English and German or something. Like, for example, why do the words 'knot' and 'knave' have a weird ass silent 'k'? Maybe something about declension in German and how it affects sentences. I dunno, nerdgasm over, but seriously, I'd strongly recommend writing about something you would have fun doing.
  33. Get a lot of new members coming in the Chat Box confused about how to add scripts so here is a quick, simple guide. - Firstly open the client (Ensure you have downloaded the client from our website and our website only). - Secondly ensure you are signed into the client, the sign in details used for the client match your forum log in and password. - Thirdly click the play button located at the top of the client - - Next this should appear When this screen appears the main tab is where the scripts you have added will be (this is where you will start your scripts) - To add scripts move over to the 'Browse' tab. A list of scripts should appear like this - You can change the settings to narrow down what script you are looking for. For example combat + slaying, crafting, mining and so on. Along with this you can toggle if you are looking for 'free' or 'premium scripts'. - Finally when you find a script you like simply click 'add' and the script will be added back to your 'main' list where you simply click 'start' and are good to go! NOTE: - If you want extra information regarding any of the scripts simply click the 'info' button and you will be directed to the scriptwriter's thread on the forum where you can find out features of the script or just what other people think of it! - If you click 'buy' on any premium scripts you will first be directed to our store where you will have to purchase the script. When going back to the 'browse' section the option to 'add' will be available and then just like free scripts the script will be added to your 'main'. I hope this was of use to anybody struggling, feel free to shoot me a pm for any further help or come into the Chat Box.
