  2. Dear community, I want to give you an idea where OSBot 2 is at. First of all I want to let you know that OSBot 2 is rewritten from the ground up to tackle some problems that you as a community pointed out. Things like CPU usage increasing over time in a scale of hours, something that never was a huge problem to most users but could be annoying for some. Besides that, increased overall performance is something everyone always likes to see. By writing an entire new core and taking time to do so, the client will score better at those points. At the moment, there is an abstract core written which is extendable for the most part to write implementations of other server revisions, such as RS3. Whether we will do so or not doesn't matter, it will be reusable. The entire GUI of the current OSBot was written using Swing. For OSBot 2 we are using JavaFX. JavaFX might not be as developed in certain areas as Swing, however those area's won't affect us. Besides that, JavaFX performs faster and gives more reliable output when it comes to exceptions. Not to mention, I personally and many others agree, I think that the look and feel of JavaFX is far better and promising than Swing. At the moment, a lot of the main GUI features are done. The client loads the applet, injects the client, hacks the canvas and such. So from here on, our first focus will be towards designing and organizing the new API. The API will have the same features as seen in the current OSBot and those features will be ported over. This is not a very hard job, most of it will just be refactoring. Other new features will remain secret and will be revealed as progress proceeds. Besides the API, which its functions will not have to be rewritten, we are planning and thinking about a second scripting engine. The current scripting engine is completely sequential in a blocking fashion. The new scripting engine, don't worry the old one won't disappear, we want to give a fully event driven asynchronous environment where you will dispatch tasks based on events and have control over the queue by using policies for tasks. We are looking forward writing this as Laz and I love writing new and fancy stuff. There are many other things that need to be done for OSBot 2, but the above is the majority. We can't give you an ETA, we don't want to stress any deadlines and instead focus on its quality. Laz has done a great job on it so far and now I'm joining him in this battle progress will speed up.   4. Hello community. Earlier last month, we announced our plans to begin our development on OSBot 2. Well this has already happened. Much work has been happening on OSBot 2. I will provide you guys with a sneak-peak and some improvements from it's predecessor, OSBot 1. Latest improvements: JavaFX based GUI (new GUI system allows for a more customizable look and feel and a richer GUI) (Note: RS2 would normally not be compatible with JavaFX, however, we used a combination of injection and mapping to display a fully functioning applet on the JavaFX GUI.) Tab monitors (new, low performance-impact, tab monitors allows the botter to monitor all open tabs at the same time. Multi-logger system (logs can be split among'st separate tabs, allowing the botter to better debug scripts.) Context menus (allows simpler access to toggling painters and other settings) Improved Low-CPU (clocks frame-rate at around 10-20FPS, which is much higher than OSBot 1's FPS during low-CPU.) (Offers a significant decrease in CPU usage despite the FPS increase.) Optimized API wrapper engine (improvement in the injection level of the bot has allowed for a more optimized wrapper system saving a significant amount of CPU). Optimized callback system (Thanks to our improved API wrapper engine, we are able to optimize the caching of data like models more accurately, thus using less resources). This is the real max hit formula for a dds special attack: maxhit = floor(floor((5+(8+lvl+style)*(1+40/64))/10)*1.15) where style = 3 if you're using aggressive and 0 otherwise. So the required strength level for each max hit is: 17: lvl 79 18: lvl 85 19: lvl 91 20: lvl 97

I've seen multiple people buy SSF then end up having more money a week later from entering contests and working for us. Right now we have 4 customer support staff who are paid a weekly wage just to help those who purchase the script. With all of the money that I'm paying out to those who are helping SSF grow, I'd argue that I'm far from being greedy.

The script will obviously pick flax, and then proceed to bank them once the bots inventory is full. So far, I have created the picking part of the script. I wish to improve my proficiency with scripting a bot, so I will start with a pretty basic script. If you wish to leave your support, a tip, or anything that could potentially help me, I would greatly appreciate it. So far, I have created a way for the bot to pick the flax. This is all made off the top of my head, I do not have an account for me to test it with because of the bans that took place on three of my accounts last night. I'll leave this here, and build off on it whenever I get a chance to. I believe in open-sourcing your work, to an extent. This is just the class to execute "picking" the flax. I would like to thank exuals for providing the node tutorial.   18. yes i can confirm v1.43 is live atm and to anyone that has downs an requesting money back the reason your script is failing is prob cause of an osrs update req osbot update an not the actual script failing (so b4 u even begin to run a script check for a freakin update instead of cryin for a refund 5 mins after purchase cause u dont see results instantly)..yes flaws may be identified but as you can see hes quick to implement new patches etc i would have gladly payed double the price for it already got over 400 ranarrs alone..pc gl wit the botting

    in my opinion, it's slowly dying, like everything. just think how long runescape has been about. it's still a very popular game and will continue to be. jagex need to make f2p servers though, that's for sure

    I think each java app is limited to a certain amount of RAM it can use. I believe it's called heap size. If you go to your control panel and into your java settings here: You can add a command to increase the amount of RAM allowed. You can adjust it by using adding this Runtime Parameter: The number (512M in this case) being the amount of RAM maximum to allocate.

Version 1.43 has been pushed and awaiting admins update! +Fixed Home Teleport at bank +Fixed getting stuck behind gate with Skeletons +Fixed food withdrawal methods (Used to only scroll down, now it will scroll up or down to find your food!) +Added in the option to kill thugs or chaos druids! Since many of you have stated the druids are now crowded, I've added in the option to fight and kill thugs instead! They offer similar loot tables with 2 less HP. Only thing is they hit slightly harder then druids. It is recommended for maybe 50+ defence for maximum efficiency. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CONTINUE TO POST ANY BUGS YOU FIND HERE!     Tabs/h dropped by 100-200 for me because recently the bot talks to butler, clicks "bring something from the bank", waits 5 seconds, then clicks on butler again and repeats this 1-3 times every other time he's banking for you. Laz, please. This is one of the most expensive bots and it's paid for by the month - fix it.
