Community, Clearly someone is abusing the weak-point in Skype's customer support system by social engineering Skype to pretty much hand over our accounts. For this reason, we ask that you don't give us any personal information or account information over skype. We'd never ask for your OSBot information under any circumstances. If you wish to let Laz on your account to finish a random, the safest way to do this is via forum PM. So far, only Maxi's Skype has been compromised. Let it be clear that this "hacker" hasn't done anything but manipulate a few customer support representatives. The only accounts ever compromised were Skype accounts. First thing on any account - set a pin.

I understand there's already a topic on this, I find it somewhat difficult to understand. Please understand that using breaks is an important part in keeping your account unbanned. More information on how to bot smart -> http://osbot.org/forum/topic/6894-bot-smart-what-it-is-how-to-do-it/ Defining the parts of a "break" [Average Interval] - The "average interval" is the average time between breaks. It's an "average" because of interval deviations, which i'll be getting to in a moment. This is how much time will be in between your breaks on average. [interval Deviation] - This is a very important part of making sure jagex doesn't notice a precise pattern in our breaks. Lets say your "average interval" is 75 minutes, and your "interval deviation" is 10 minutes. This means that the time between your breaks can be anywhere from 65 - 85 minutes. [Average Break Time] - The "average break time" is the average length of the breaks your account will be taking. It is an average, because there are also break deviations, which I will get to in a moment. Your "average break time" should be how long you want your account to stay logged off per break on average. [break Time Deviation] - Break time deviation is very similar to "interval deviation". Your "break time deviation" is how much the length of your accounts break can deviate from the average time. Lets say your "average break time" is 20 minutes and your "break time deviation" is 5 minutes. This means your accounts breaks will be anywhere from 15-25 minutes long. Here is a picture of my break setup Please be sure that you have the "enable breaks" box selected. Now, let me explain how breaks work going off of my break setup. My "average interval" is 75 minutes. my "interval deviation" is 25 minutes. This means that the time in between my accounts breaks can be anywhere from 50 - 100 minutes. my "average break time" is 25 minutes. My "break time deviation" is 10 minutes. Funny, I had to remove my pin because my bot would not work with a pin set. Within the next 24 hours, boom. I've never once had OSBot fail to load my bank pins. So I don't see why you had to remove yours. But hey, you live and you learn.

Thanks for this mate, I think i have been botting smart, my main account is 7 years old, maxed combat on eoc, never got any temp bans or anything.

Well if you were offline and got bot busting moderate that means its a glitch, use the email in the OT to email them and they'll fix it. And when you get unbanned just dont bot as much, cut back the hours, bot other things etc... And as for what happens next, that depends on if you have any other macroing offenses besides that one, if that one was the first offense i would say next ban would be a week or 21 days. Hey thanks for answering man, I'll see what I'm gonna do. I don't like putting my account at so much risk but at the same time training legit is not something I'd look forward to, to say the least.

Hello Jagex, I have received a moderate ban in the past as you can see now a perma but overall I would like one more chance to prove myself. I don't want to be perma banned for an account that I actually worked hard on other than the botting part. If all possible I would love my account to be set back to warning status. Yes, I do admit to botting and for the perma ban I have been given I have honestly learned my lesson. Normally in a work force you would have 3 chances, and on your third strike you are given either termination or review. If you could please review this with all do respect, I will gladly appreciate it. I know that you staff are terminating all these botters and I see that more than likely I may not get a chance since I am in that section I guess you could say of people, but just please. Dude, no matter how much you bot what bot you use or on which account... You are taking a risk of getting banned.

You are not allowed to sell private scripts, make sure to pay attention to the rules. "The only selling and buying of scripts permitted on the forum are the scripts provided by our Official Script Developers, which are only transact-able inside our Store.
