Account banned in 2014 for botting

Do you think there is any chance Jagex will ever unlock this account? It was my main account and was almost maxed on rs3, I decided to start botting as I was really not enjoying the new E.O.C etc, and was also considering quitting at the same time. However 2 years later I would like my account back.

No. One of my accounts that was perm'd in 2007 got denied on appeal. Permanent bans = permanent

Yeah I'm waiting to get an account back on a hijacked basis, and it was my first 07 account.
