Norway provides free university for all people in the world; you do not need to be a Norwegian citizen. If you don't want to study, I'd still recommend Scandinavia. But because there is an ongoing large influx of refugees and because Scandinavia have been too generous, it has become very difficult with a residence permit. Im getting married soon, so.. my citizenship gonna be easy tho. and, brazil. As I said, my fiance is from romania but actually living in athens.. Well if you're getting married to a woman with citizenship of Romania, then you are free to move around in the EU, since Romania is a member of EU.
