Solution Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 I would say the 'gap' inbetween has grown wider. The standard of lazy has gotten lazier, and the standard of hard workers has raised as well. 1

Beezmans Posted May 17, 2016 Author Posted May 17, 2016 We're just smart enough to use things to our advantage duh Im more talking about the fact i see parents with kids age 18-25 still mowing the lawn doing basic chores around the house... I feel like kids are less likely to do those things now then they used to be
Realist Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 way too much of a vague question for a yes/no, you have to factor in technological advancements etc are you talking about specifically getting up and finding a job with a corporation or?

Fratem Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 Imho, not lazier.Certainly more efficient.I do however agree that in some families children (aged 16-24+) lack the incentive to help with household chores. 1

GaetanoH Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 We just do a lot of things more efficiently than before, I think...

Genii Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 No, you only see laziness because it is well documented due to the internet; mainly social media.

ayy lmao Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 (edited) to be honest, people can give it other words but it is true that our generation is lazier. it does not necessarily mean its a bad thing because if you look into history, humans were used to a lot of manual physical work. but now that we have technology and everything is so easy we just are not used to getting out of the way and doing manual labour.
