OSBot use Paypal to take card payments. You need to contact Paypal if they are declining your card. For now, try a different card and double check the details carefully. Could you link me to where I can activate it because right now I'm not sure Buy a voucher not the script, can you be more specific what it is doing/saying? Go to the buy voucher page and try. I've tried to buy a voucher but it tells me the card was declined by the card distributor. The same message occurs when I try to use it when buying the script itself.
