20k is nothing, it will take a year of botting to get a 99.

maybe its a lot more than 20k, get a highish level account and try a proggy.

and the purpose of gaining experience is to hit 99,

then yea, it's pretty much supposed to.

And if it's not built for high exp, then what's the point of it existing?

and if it doesn't give the highest exp in ftp, then what does?

huh frogs arent even in the combat training wiki weird, probably an oversight on the wiki's part.

If you're going for 99s and you're going to bot it, you'd have to be an idiot to keep the account f2p the entire time instead of getting members where its less packed, better xp/training opportunities and variety which will all give your BOTTED account the better chance to not get banned and of course make it to that 99 then in a f2p world where almost every training location has a bot already there or multiple people who will report you.
