Higher lvl mules perhaps. Trade at non popular spots ? 

just have a nice account in with you play do stuffs/pvm/train/chill with friends/clan chat and don't talk about what u do for money  

and never talk when u doing a trade :P

 

also I recommend u to do quests

+ do something other then just constantly trading gold, maybe some skilling/questing/not being a level 3

yeah I don't understand why people think junk items matter. We have a ge and they have price checkers LOL. I can't tell you that I have facts to back it up, but tell me exactly why there code wouldn't have price based trades?

You can do the staking method?

I can say that I have personally used the stacking method for trades totaling 300+ mil and still have yet to get discovered, but who knows my time may come soon enough.
