  1. Speak to gnome child in lumbridge castle courtyard
  2. Speak to hans walking around the castle walls nearby
  3. Walk to port sarim, speak to Seaman Morris on the docks (by boat to karamja)
  4. Walk to falador, speak to Sir Tiffy Cashien in Falador park (sitting on bench). He will give you parcel
  5. Return to gnome child, then open package
