Yes, it seems to be working :) 

As a fresh account, still dying on quests Ernest the Chicken (to trees/zombie in house) and Rune Mysteries (to mugger, sometimes). Please add food to inventory for these quests!

i had to go get the gree gree by hand (there was a place holder in bank, i didnt die or anything i have no idea how it got lost) buut after i got it i resumed script and it ginished no issues.

Account stood still at the fountain after getting the key during the Witch's House and stopped doing anything and had to manually finish the quest.

planing to add Icthlarin's Little Helper quest any time soon?
