I see another post in here about not being able to use ammo slot, but does that mean I could use something like knives as a weapon still? Acc has 1/1 att/str and would like to use the script for quests w/ bosses.

The Grand Tree, Monkey Madness I, Priest In Peril, it may not work on some quests. It's best to use a bow with arrows.

Also, how far will a lvl 3 make it through the f2p list (prioritization not shown in the list for a level 3). Probably most of it except for those that require combat, like Demon Slayer, Dragon Slayer, The Corsair Curse. I wouldn't recommend F2P botting as it's known to be quite high ban rate though.
