Explanation: He wanted me to get 40 attack/70 or 75 str/99 def on a fresh account, the price was 200m. We also agreed he'll be paying me incriments of 25m (I've received only one 25m)  After i started the service and already got 40/70/68, he comes up to me today and says the price we agreed on is bullshit and that either i lower the price or i dont get paid anything.

If you agreed a payment and the service has been started then the payment is set, which I can see is what has happened. @Decode is under no obligations too lower the price that you agreed to  just because you now believe it's an unfair price. You can either terminate the service and pay him for the work he has done or you can continue with the service under the 200m price.

He can't terminate the service and pay me for what i've done, i already stated that he can't do that before i started the service and he agreed upon it. (He's already paid me for the work completed so far too)

Also, i offered him a discounted offer, reducing the total cost of the service to 150m (25m of which i have received already) If the following conditions were ok with him, 1) I get the full payment now (125m)

2) If the account is banned while im doing the service i still keep the full payment. 

 

Imo that is a fair suggestion seeing as im offering him a discount but not giving him everything he wants.

If you guys can reach a mutual agreement on the discounted price then that's fine. Otherwise he'll just have to pay you for the amount of work you've provided so far since I don't see any terms about the service termination.

I have payed 25M in front for his job and didnt scammed him, he just act like you cant stop some individual deal. I don't do anymore any other individual deals with him. He don't have official service, that was just random chat on skype.  Already got scammed by this "trusted users". Maybe this one will run away too. . I don't risk my account with his service and just lose money if I get ban. Next thing how come he got removed negative feedback I left? Corruption

We have also discussed this. We agreed i would get paid for the work completed if the account had been banned.

I would also like to add the disagreement we're having right now is only price related. He keeps telling me if i lower it from 200m to 100m he'll pay. Thats something i wont do. He cant change the agreed price after i've already started working on it, nor can he cancel the order after i have started (proof in previous post to him agreeing)

I'm allowing this to be canceled and over with you can leave a negative feedback saying he canceled order etc. But he will not be forced to go through with the service.
