then you have a good pc with 

 

- horrible internet speed

- can't visit most of the websites if you aren't on a vpn which makes your already slow speed even more slower

- have a ping on lol that doesnt even let you enter the game

That cpu is not sucky at all. It beats literally every intel i5 cpu in multi-threaded performance, which is the most important factor for almost any situation apart from gaming.
