i have all stat requirements and have already done some of the quests needed for addy gloves (they shouldn't be on that list). the only stats that i don't have for it is: 20 firemaking, 10 fishing, 5 fletching. i did all the hard ones
 
 
anyway, with an order this size i'm only trusting verteran osbot service providers!
