You definately forgot to mention it would also have to be a woman. There aren't many women playing runescape so banning the very few women out there wouldn't be constructive. I believe black women are the ones enjoying this game the most as they avoid all bans.

What i had happen with female bots was they got spammed and when the bot ignored people they reported.

Not the normal black either. Make your character the deep, pure black that you get from Halloween event. How are you gonna report a character you haven't even unlocked yet?
