    Well he does say the site name in his video it seems and buy/sell/swap gp(while swapping isn't RWT buying and selling certainly is).

    I am not saying he should be banned fuck no I hate jagex. I am just saying if Jagex rules are applied indiscriminately if he was infact promoting RWT he would be banned.
