Doing 100 push-ups a day will probably, especially increase your overall body control and core strength.

 

 

I've heard from 2 body builders that doing like 15-20 squats a day will release some kind of substance(?) in your body which will increase the burn of calories.

I dont know if this is true, but i do it anyway since it cant do any harm and is no effort at all.

 

If you're at the point in which you are not losing any fat even after cutting out bread in your diet you could take Clenbuterol and Proviron 2.

That's what i personally used when i reached that point. Wasn't losing any fat for about 2-3 weeks. When i started using it i lost 3 kg's in one week.

 

The proviron makes you pee insanely much, basically squeezes out all the moistures(?) in your body.. under-arms and your bottom belly etc is mostly body fluids, moistures(?). Proviron will tighten this up, i guess.

 

Clenbuterol will increase your body temperature by approx. 1 degree. If you combine this with a diet that contains as less carbohydrates as possible you will pretty much start burning fat trough-out the whole day.

 

The above is just my experience, im not saying that you should take it. It's ment for horses with breathing problems so the risks are on your own.

Squats release testosterone, you ever get the stars and get dizzy when you stand up, that's what squatting does.

your body will adapt to this in a couple of days, so any progress you will stop..

 

unless you increase by 10-20 press ups daily, until you reach your desired goal...

 

 

out of curiosity, why are you doing this ?

tighten up my chest/arms, possibly losing a little weight and trying to make my arms a little bit bigger aswell, and hell its just an amazing feeling after you did a 100

Don't just do one type of push ups, there are big variety of push ups.

You wont lose fat

You wont get muscular

 

might give you some more strength in your triceps and chest (those are the primary muscles worked in a push up)

 

Tips -

progression: every week add more reps. It will be hard at times but that's the point.

form: make sure you're doing correct form or else you can risk pulling a muscle or putting stress on a joint/muscle. Also correct form will be the best

better workout: this shouldn't be your complete workout. Just a supplement sort of thing. If you're interested in specific workouts / plans let me know your goals and I can lead you in the right direction
