From shop is also not good because it has too many sugar. But yeah it depends about product.

1. its not table sugar. it's natural sugar.

 

2. i buy it fresh, there's a machine in the shop where you can throw in oranges and it grinds them into juice

Nice, I haven't seen that shop which has this feature... I'd like to see that shop here (in Estonia). Actually those machines are available in shops (for sale), but I aint have money fo dat.
