Caesar Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 Hey I was wondering if there is a way I can change the path of the core Osbot folder? I had two hardrives, an SSD and an internal hard drive on the computer. At the moment it automatically creates a folder in the C:/ drive (the SSD). I'd like to move this folder to the D:/ drive. I've attempted to copy and paste. But obviously this didn't work. Does it have something to do with which hard drive Java is installed on?
Khaleesi Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 Pretty sure it's not possible to change the path. I could be wrong though... 1
BurritoBug Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 a dev could change it or make it changeable, has nothing to do where java is 1
Vilius Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 Osbot file path is hard coded and if you wanted to change it you'd have to modify it, as far as I know, 1
Apaec Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 yep. Not possible because as soon as u move it, I think it will attempt to create a new one as it can't find it. The devs could make it changeable but it would be a lot of work and not particularly helpful (alot of major software tools are similarly rooted!) apa 1
Caesar Posted November 18, 2015 Author Posted November 18, 2015 Thanks guys. Looks like I can't do much about it then, it should be all good
