Adjusted menu caching

Interaction event camera threshold increased from 8 to 14. Added some optimizations to interactions to help fix the slow mouse movement at the start.

Minimap tile destination has an exact option for sensitive situations. Adjusted point calculation. Note that if you use this option (it is discouraged), it will not always be accurate to the exact tile, it will do it's best, but you should still have failsafes.

Fixed an issue with tile height calculations.

Character isAnimating() now includes checks for animationDelay and animationStanding

Updated to stop loading and hopping to deadman worlds.

 

 

Thanks to @Woody for reporting the issue with slow mouse movement at start of certain interactions.
