    I have virgin media internet in my household and I can relate. Even dial-up only disconnected when someone called you, Virgin Media barely stays connected for 30 minutes....

    Djeez lol it's not the staff their fault why you nagging at them?

    Virgin media in my house. 150mb speed. Never down. They never supplied me with a landline because i already owned a decent one myself which costs no more than £20.
