Dispute on League Of Smurfs

Disputed member @League Of Smurfs

 

Reason:

 

We agreed on 10 days of completing the leveling of my account starting 16th of August http://prntscr.com/8fhjcj

 

After several attempts to contact him, as he failed to complete it in 10 days, not even close to that, he came up with the issue of an "update". http://prntscr.com/8fhk1e

 

Instead of being honest with me he lied to my face, the account is banned and he has done nothing to even contact me http://prntscr.com/8fhke0 (Account ban) http://prntscr.com/8fhkq4 (proof of login name)

 

Although they say to have a "0.072% ban rate for all of the accounts we have leveled and farmed Influence points on for players just like you." http://prntscr.com/8fhl57

 

Yet the account is banned and I already invest 20 euro worth of RP into the account prior him starting the account leveling, up until now he hasnt contacted or replied to me (The conversation is in my mailbox under the name ":)" ) Feel free to check that out.

 

I paid 15$ for the boosting and I lost 15$ and 20 euro which is approx 40$

First off i'd like to apologize for me being MIA; its the first week of college and i didnt have the free time i once did so if you emailed me and it took a while for me to respond that is the reason.

Second of all; we're fine with refunding the amount you paid which is the $15, the cost of the service you did with us however we're not responsible for covering the amount of money you spent on the account. That isn't fair... You're asking us to do a service on your account which you know is already breaking RIOT's rules of account sharing #1.

#2 you're were aware that said service was done via botting with is also against riots TOS. Similar to runescape botting there are means and ways to lower and prevent detection but nothing is ever 100%.

#3 as for the time it took to complete the services; we pause and resume the service alot simply because we recieve alerts that an upcoming ban wave was immunent and so we try to pause orders before its been executed which would also significantly lower the chances of you getting caught.

With that said the queues for Games have significantly gone up because of all the bans ( takes like 10-20) mins to get into a game now. Which impacted how quickly services get completed.

Unfortunately I cannot find the emails given from Riot containing the purchases, after some thought I find it reasonable not to ask for a refund for the 20 euros as I took the risk myself too. However I find it very disturbing that you not contact me once in 7 days regarding of the bans or any matter. I HAD to contact you to ask what is up...

 

As to a unranked level 30, I've bought 2 already from PlayerAuctions and they were both baned 1-2 weeks after the purchase for being botted so most likely that will happen again and as I have a negative experience with PA I don't know if I want an unranked account.

Due to the nature of the game and this service, @League Of Smurfs is not obligated to refund the RP purchased on the banned account, unless you made it clear to him that there was x amount spent, and he agreed to refund if lost. If this is the case, you must also provide proof of purchase.

 

However, @League Of Smurfs is to refund for the boosting, either by cash refund or with a new level 30 account, This is for @Aggre to decide.

The trade with caution isnt really necessary.... like its $15.... and i paid $150 for life time sponsor.. can it be removed please...? lol

Once you've given @Aggre his refund/account it will be removed. He listed his preferred condition in his last post. 

 

You can discuss which you'll be giving privately with him if you want but both parties have to confirm the transaction.

Would u like the service re-done sir? We changed our system and your account wont get banned. If this is the case and it does get banned we will fully refund the original order no questions asked.

 

Either a level 30 unranked account or a full refund is what I take. I'm not going to wait another month with the possibility of a ban all over again, I've waited long enough.
