Some people told me that buying one membership is basically buying one and getting a 2nd free with Refer A Friend. Could somebody please comment a step by step guide on how to do this? Greatly appreciated.

You can. 

Log onto the account that you have created through the forums, recruit a new account from it, and then buy membership on the new account & you'll get 30 days on the account that already exists.

They shouldn't.

I've gotten like 6 accounts permabanned, all had been done from RAF, no chain ban. They were banned at different times, etc.

I've never had to do account guardian on any of the 15 accounts that I've made. I don't even have that on my main account.

I had actually forgotten all about this, thankfully I have not renewed my 2nd and 3rd account yet . Thanks alot.
