An error has occured while loading hooks

Hi everyone, 

So basically when I open my osbot client and the osrs client and start up mirror mode I get a message on the osbot client saying "An error has occured while loading hooks" I tried deleting the client 3-4 times i deleted the osbot folder too. I was told the mirror downloads by it self now on the client can anyone help please?
