It would be awesome to see a puzzle-box solver. 

 

These are an absolute pain in the rear. Im positive it would cost and id be more than happy to pay, probs along with others.

Yeah actually, this would be a great script lol. Back when I actually played rs I would quit clue scrolls if there was a puzzle

i used to drop puzzle clues , no body got time fo dat

Hell it would be a great challenge. I'm sure there's loads of algos for these types of sliding puzzles, especially 5x5s as they seem to be the most common dimensions. Would be interesting there would be some serious colour recognition stuff going on too... would be a good challenge as i said before

If someone is willing to supply me with data and resources to test (eg an account that has access to one), I can try and do it.

theres an internet page which helps a bit, a bot would be much quicker though

all I need is just an account in front of the puzzle. That's all. I want to collect the data. Sign off. Type the Script. Do some trial and error. Pretty much repeat until the script solves the puzzle by itself.

That's all man. I really would love to try to make this script because I use to be into those puzzles. I was always good at it. Plus I like creating algorithm. Seems like fun at least for me.
